Many companies have implemented BPM and CRM solutions that improve their operations but these applications are in most cases operate independently of other tools and handle individual data. So, to have connected applications is a real requirement for today companies.
Only expensive and proprietary solutions might accomplish this need, but there is good news for the open source implementers. ProcessMaker Open Source BPM leader and SugarCRM leader in CRM solutions have announced their new technology integration that permits data sharing and functionality between these great applications.
“Sugar users and partners want to have a more powerful visual workflow designer and engine that is available inside SugarCRM. We listened, and thanks to ProcessMaker’s very tight integration with Sugar, those users can now create slick workflow maps and execute business processes directly inside Sugar using our 100% web-based, drag-and-drop designer software” said Brian Reale, CEO of Colosa.
For more information about this, please visit CRM Workflow powered by ProcessMaker BPM & Sugar CRM article.
I expect to write a review soon about this integration.

In my constant browsing over the net, I found this service (www.processmapper.com). It appears to be an incredible tool for process architects and people with BPM interest.
This tool can be used to create BPMN 2.0 diagrams completely on the web, export and import .bpmn files (BPMN 2.0 XML Serialization), make some documentation related to your process and calculate KPIs and ROI values.
Also you can share your designs with your Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn contacts.
Although this web is still in Beta version promises to be a great tool, and yes, it is FREE.
You can check it out its supporting banner copied from its developers section.
Enjoy!.
A couple of weeks ago I was invited for a forgotten friend to join to KLOUT network.
At the beginning I was excited to know my grade of influence into my friends circle and connections. After logged in, all my user experience and my social-identity was graded with a simple number:
26
I was shocked. What represent this number?
I read the explanation about the meaning of this number, but after read it all I was still worried. This number represents my funniest answers into the my friend’s wall, or all the quick re-tweets made about anything. I don’t think so.
For me this number only represent how many participation have a person into social networks and just it all. KLOUT cannot measure the quality of that participation.
So, in the meantime I’ve incremented my social participation, and yes, I’ve improved my number.
Take a look to klout.com and get your number, jeje.
